ALAN M. MINATO, ESQ.
Mr. Minato is a seasoned residential and commercial real estate, estates, business and litigation attorney with over 25 years experience. After law school, he served as a judicial law clerk in the Superior Court of New Jersey. Mr. Minato has also worked as in-house mortgage banking litigation counsel for JPMorgan Chase Bank and was a managing attorney with outside designated counsel for Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
Mr. Minato lives in Winslow Township and was recently elected to Winslow Township's Camden County Committee. In 2019, he was appointed to the Winslow Township Environmental Commission. Mr. Minato is also the principal of a south jersey residential real estate holding company.
Mr. Minato is admitted to practice in the State of New Jersey and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, the United States District Courts for the District of New Jersey and the Eastern and Middle Districts of Pennsylvania, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
